During a Reiki session, music is played while the person lays down in a relaxation position assisted with a mat and pillows while the Reiki Practioner lays their hands on
or hovers just above the body, working on the Energic and Auric Layer and Chakra system of someone. The Reiki Practioner channells Reiki Universal Life Healing energy into your being; Reiki is a form of Energy Healing and as a personal practice is also a form of Meditation.
By Distance, Reiki is channeled irrespective of location/Distance and is done using Sacred Reiki Symbols to access someone's Energy Body/Aura irregardless of location, while the person lays down and rests in their own space while music is
playing. How the person is feeling is talked about during and after the session and any Messages from Divine Guidance are relayed. Universal Energy is channeled into their system and remains in the body for three days though changes are certainly lasting. In this time drink plenty of water.
